Non-conforming tubes are any sample tubes, containers, or formats that do not meet our conforming tube requirements. Samples should be submitted in snap-cap microcentrifuge tubes with a capacity between 0.5 and 0.65 mL.
Examples of non-conforming submissions include cryogenic tubes, 1.5 mL tubes, 96-well plates, tubes sealed with parafilm, or any other tube type not listed as conforming in our instructions.
