Description
This assay uses the Luminex® 200™ platform.
Consider this assay for a focused analysis of key proinflammatory cytokines in mouse models. The Mouse Cytokine Proinflammatory Focused 10-Plex Discovery Assay® Array (MDF10) measures GM-CSF, IFNγ, IL-1β, IL-6, and TNFα, among others, providing insights into inflammation and immune response.
Ideal for studying autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory conditions like sepsis, and infection responses, this assay helps elucidate the role of critical cytokines in disease progression. For instance, IL-6 and TNFα are key markers in chronic inflammation, while GM-CSF and IFNγ are crucial in immune regulation. If you anticipate that your samples may have low cytokine levels, such as those from normal healthy populations, you might want to consider our High Sensitivity panel. This advanced option is specifically designed to detect low abundance cytokines with greater precision, ensuring you capture even subtle variations in your data.
Discover the power of precision with our Mouse Cytokine Proinflammatory Focused 10-Plex Discovery Assay®, expertly designed for the Luminex® 200™ platform. This cutting-edge technology enables the simultaneous detection of multiple biomarkers from a minimal single sample, delivering comprehensive insights with unmatched efficiency. Streamline your research and unlock a new level of detail with our advanced multiplex assay solution.
Recommended Dilution: The kit manufacturer recommends Serum and Plasma be run at a 2-fold dilution. If you wish to run your samples at a dilution, predilute your samples with PBS pH~7.5. See our Sample Dilution Guide for more information.
If you expect your samples to have low cytokine levels, i.e. normal healthy populations, you may wish to inquire about a High Sensitivity panel.
