Description
This assay uses the Luminex® 200™ platform.
Consider this assay for a focused and sensitive analysis of 18 key T-cell cytokines and chemokines in mouse models. The Mouse High Sensitivity T-Cell 18-Plex Discovery Assay® Array (MDHSTC18) includes critical biomarkers such as IL-2, IL-17A, and IFNγ, designed for high-resolution studies of T-cell responses.
This panel is ideal for research on T-cell mediated immune responses, including autoimmune diseases, cancer immunology, and chronic infections. For example, IL-2 and IFNγ are essential for understanding T-cell activation and differentiation, while IL-17A is pivotal in autoimmune conditions like experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and rheumatoid arthritis. Additionally, cytokines such as IL-6 and TNFα play a role in inflammation and immune regulation.
Low levels of inflammation are associated with various clinical and sub-clinical diseases, including autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, neurological diseases, and cancer. To fully understand the development of these conditions, it’s crucial to measure cytokines at picogram concentrations. Additionally, our assay is ideal for situations where sample volume is limited but milligram-level sensitivity is expected. With its finely tuned detection capabilities in the picogram range, this assay allows for sample dilution without compromising sensitivity, ensuring accurate and reliable results even with volume constraints.
