Description
This assay uses the Luminex® 200™ platform.
Consider our most popular human array, the Human Cytokine/Chemokine Panel A 48-Plex Discovery Assay® Array (HD48A), for a thorough analysis of 48 human cytokines and chemokines simultaneously from a small sample volume. This powerful assay includes essential biomarkers such as IL-6, TNFα, VEGF-A, and IL-10, providing comprehensive coverage of immune and inflammatory responses.
The HD48A panel is exceptionally valuable for researching a diverse array of conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and autoimmune disorders. It delivers an in-depth view of the circulating immune microenvironment in both acute and chronic inflammatory conditions, as well as autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases.
For example, the panel can illuminate critical biomarkers like IL-6 and TNFα, which are pivotal in chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. It also measures VEGF-A, a key player in tumor progression and angiogenesis. This rich dataset supports a deeper understanding of disease mechanisms and enhances your research into complex inflammatory and immune responses.
Consider using the Human Cytokine/Chemokine 96-Plex Discovery Assay® Array (HD96) for your analysis. This advanced array allows the simultaneous execution of two assays—HD48A and HD48B—from a single small sample volume, offering both efficiency and the most comprehensive cytokine and chemokine profile available.
If you anticipate that your samples may have low cytokine levels, such as those from normal healthy populations, you might want to consider our High Sensitivity panel. This advanced option is specifically designed to detect low abundance cytokines with greater precision, ensuring you capture even subtle variations in your data.
Discover the power of precision with our assay, expertly designed for the Luminex® 200™ platform. This cutting-edge technology enables the simultaneous detection of multiple biomarkers from a minimal single sample, delivering comprehensive insights with unmatched efficiency. Streamline your research and unlock a new level of detail with our advanced multiplex assay solution.
Recommended Dilution: Most samples are run undiluted, however RANTES has high concentrations in serum and plasma. If this target is important to your study and your sample type is serum or plasma, it is recommended to run samples in a separate assay with a dilution factor applied or utilize our Human Supplemental Biomarker 10-Plex (HDHSB10).
If you expect your samples to have low cytokine levels, i.e. normal healthy populations, you may wish to inquire about a High Sensitivity panel.
